the files via the internet, this will allow for fast and secure transfer of
your dictation to us, regardless of your location.

Are

realize it can be difficult to make a change to a new transcription
service,
so we have devised a plan to make the transition as hassle-free as
possible.

First of all, we have a limited number of Olympus DS 3000 digital recorders we
will provide for your use free of charge*.
These are state-of-the-art digital recorders and easy to
use.

Second, CTP will personally come to your
office and set up your computers and train the appropriate personnel
on how to send the digital files via our secure internet connection. This is a very easy, HIPAA compliant data transfer.

Third, we will send the completed reports back to your
office via the same secure internet connection for you to print or
edit yourself, or we will print and mail the documents to your office.

* The digital recorder
remains the property of CTP, Inc. and is provided free of charge as long as you remain a customer of
CTP, Inc. If the person
using the recorder leaves the practice, or our business relationship
ceases, the recorder must be returned to CTP, Inc. If
the recorder is damaged you must
pay for the repair charges. If
the recorder is lost or stolen, you must reimburse CTP, Inc. for the
replacement cost.
